An expert technician can be dispatched to your location to replace your computer's defective parts or straighten up your software's problems to get you back up and running.  If it can’t be repaired onsite we’ll take it back to the shop to fix it.  Then deliver it back to you, hook everything up, and test it at no extra charge.
